1.In which circumstance, we provide replacement?

A: if customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement. Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it. If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide replacement.

B. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. With a long time, we can not verify defective item is we provide , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.

C. When we received your items sent back, we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will ship new replacement to you by AIR MAIL POST OFFICE. and we charge shipment fee. shipment take 8 - 14 days.

D. If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package.
